Thomas Tuchel has provided an update on Harry Kane injury, while the Bayern Munich forward is still struggling with his worsening condition.
England's number one striker, Harry Kane, is causing more concern among Three Lions fans than ever before, especially as the announcement of the squad for Euro 2024 is drawing near.
Kane was substituted late in the second leg of the UEFA Champions League semi-final against Real Madrid at the Santiago Bernabeu, a match in which the Spurs suffered a regrettable defeat as striker Joselu scored two goals shortly after Kane left the field.
Following the match, Thomas Tuchel responded to criticism of substituting Kane by providing information about the 30-year-old striker's back injury, which forced the German coach to replace Kane at that time.
Recently, speaking in a press conference ahead of the match between Bayern Munich and Hoffenheim in the German Bundesliga, Thomas Tuchel continued to dampen the spirits of English fans by providing an update on Kane's injury status.

Goal quoted: "Harry is being treated by his own doctor. He can't travel. He reached his limit in the match against Real Madrid. He's completely 'locked' in his back, the situation is worsening, and it's making it difficult for him to move on a daily basis like a normal person."
However, the specific severity of the injury that the England captain is facing has not been clearly disclosed, information that is making coach Gareth Southgate "break a sweat."
According to earlier announcements, the England national team will announce the preliminary squad for Euro 2024 on June 21st (local time), and the likelihood of Harry Kane being called up at this time is surrounded by major question marks.

Clearly, at a tournament where expectations from fans are high, and with the golden generation of the country aiming for continental glory after many years of anticipation, if England cannot have the services of their number one striker in history, it will be a hugely regrettable loss.
With Euro 2024 just under a month away from officially starting, there are still some optimistic signs regarding Kane, but injuries are always unpredictable and nothing can be affirmed yet.
