Coach Pep Guardiola has hinted that his time at Manchester City could be nearing its end after clinching the fourth consecutive Premier League title.
Coach Pep Guardiola has secured his sixth Premier League title in 8 years of leading Man City and has admitted that he may not continue in this role after the upcoming season, as his latest contract is expiring:
"The reality is that I am more inclined to leave than to stay. I have spoken with the club. I will stay for the next season and will continue negotiations. But eight or nine years from now, we will have to wait and see."

Pep Guardiola's tenure at Man City has doubled the length of his time at Barcelona and surpasses his stint at Bayern Munich by over 5 years.
His current contract with the Spanish coach is set to expire in 2025, and Guardiola has pledged to honor it, although he has stated that he will negotiate with Man City executives next season about his future.
Meanwhile, Sky Sports pundit Jamie Redknapp jokingly suggested that Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta is keen for Pep Guardiola to leave Man City after finishing second in the Premier League for the second consecutive year. Redknapp quipped, "Mikel Arteta is in Pep Guardiola's office saying 'please leave!'"
